✅ 7-Day Return Policy — You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 7 days, we are unable to accept return requests.

Once you submit a return request, our team will contact you within 24 hours on WhatsApp or phone to arrange pickup and process your refund.

We accept returns for the following reasons:

To be eligible for a return, please make sure:

The product is unused or minimally used (for quality complaints, used products are accepted)
The product is in its original packaging if possible
You have your Payment ID or order details ready
The return is requested within 7 days of receiving the product

⚠️ Note: For damaged product returns, please take a photo of the damage before returning. This helps us improve our packaging.

Once your return is approved and product is picked up:
